1| Explore the Trails
Sicamous and the surrounding area have many family-friendly winter-hiking trails. These trails are well-marked, easy to find, great for all levels, and are rich in adventure! If you love waterfalls, check out Sicamous Creek Falls, an easy-to-reach beautiful waterfall. Favorite nature trails in the area include; Eagle River Nature Trail, Sicamous Beach Trails, and the North Fork Wild, where the nature reserve leads you through an old-growth rainforest!

2| Soak in the Hot Pools
Is relaxation with a side of submersion in nature on your vacation wish list? Then, be sure to visit the spectacular Crazy Creek Hot Pools Resort. The geothermal hot pools will not only leave you feeling renewed; you’ll surely want to return time and time again. Experiencing winter in the pools is a visitor and local favorite in the heart of the mountains.

If hometown hockey and good old Canadian family fun are on your list, be sure to check out a Sicamous Eagles KIJHL hockey game! You may even see them up against neighboring Revelstoke Grizzlies! However, if you prefer to skate the ice on your own time, Sicamous boasts a fantastic recreation center. The Sicamous & District Recreation Centre offers public skating.

Snowmobiling is an essential experience for those looking to adventure in the mountains. Sicamous has you covered when it comes to eats, drinks, and apres! Our favorite local spots include the popular waterfront bar & restaurant, Moose Mulligans Public Eatery. If smoked and handcrafted eats have you intrigued, try out The Narrows Smoke House, where brisket, ribs, and craft beer are the specialty. Consider a stop at Joe Schmucks Roadhouse. It is a cozy restaurant that serves Revelstoke’s finest, Mt. Begbie Craft Beer. Families will love the authentic Mexican restaurant La Cantinita and Aroy Maak Thai Cuisine.
